DANNY DEMICHELE (Founder / CEO)
Danny is a true serial Internet entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial origins date back to 1998, when he opened a very successful online nutrition firm that was later acquired by a large international nutrition company. Taking what he learned from that business, he became a high-level online marketing consultant to many fortune 500 companies. In 2006, Danny founded eVisibility from his home office and within 4 short years, turned it into one of the largest and fastest growing private search engine marketing firms in the country. His company, eVisibility, was named the 169th fastest-growing company in the U.S. by Inc Magazine in 2010. eVisibility was sold to LSF Interactive in 2010. LSF is now one of the largest privately held digital marketing firms in the US.

BREHNEN KNIGHT (President)
Brehnen is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of start up and executive management experience in fortune 100 companies. Brehnen carries significant multi-industry knowledge and experience, advancing high-growth technology start ups and industry-leading Fortune 100 companies alike. He has built and sold 5 start up companies, and managed a sales force of 250+ employees with the award of being, “Best of The Best” as the top revenue generation executive at a large fortune 70 corporation. He has an MBA in Marketing and another in Operational Management with a focus on optimizing corporate potential through maximizing individual productivity.
Brehnen is now the President of Incubate, and is focused on the relationship between operations, sales, and brand identity for both large corporations and start up business. Brehnen is a husband and father of 3 active kids. The weekends will find him coaching his children, exploring the world, carving the slopes or playing golf.
STEVE KING (Managing Director)
In 1987 Steve founded Datrontech PLC, a leading European, value added IT distributor and solutions provider based in London. Steve took the company public in 1995. When he left for the USA in 1999, the company posted sales of $350 million with 14 trading divisions operating in 9 countries.

Co-Founder of Digmedia.com – a VC funded ,digital music portal and MP3 device developer whose clients included Microsoft, Telefonica and Bang & Oulfson; Chairman of Silicon Mountain Holdings (an OTC company) – for high performance computers, data storage solutions and annuity services in cloud storage; Co-Founder of Transactionn Wireless – a VC funded software platform provider for the distribution of digital and mobile gift cards whose retail clients include Groupon, American Eagle and Domino Pizza; Co-Founder of Top Local Search – an automated local SEO platform provider for multi location retailers and OEM’s whose clients include Sports Authority, Rhino Linings and Electra Bikes; Shareholder and Advisor of Tech Live Connect – a Delhi based, premier technical support call center operation whose global clients include major IT security software vendors and blue chip consumer electronic brands.
JOHN P GRAZER (CFO)
John has over 25 years of executive management experience. Prior to joining Incubate Holdings, Mr. Grazer was Partner at Grazer and Associates, providing financial consulting, business planning, and raising funds for startup companies. Previous to this, he was Executive Vice President – Capital Markets at CITI Residential Lending, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President – Capital Markets at Ameriquest Capital Corporation, President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary at Aurora Electronics, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President – Finance and Administration, Corporate Secretary at Pacific Capital Group, and Vice President – Finance & Administration at Amplica, Inc, a Comsat Company. Additionally, he has held board positions at Long Beach Acceptance Corporation.
Bill Junkin (Board Member)
Bill is a marketing executive with broad business experience in consumer products. He has direct experience and familiarity with all aspects of direct marketing strategies and techniques. Bill has issued ten patents dealing with fantasy sports, gaming and interactive TV and an additional eight patents pending involved with various aspects of virtual worlds, economic systems for game environments and game based training. He is particularly interested in unique consumer products, interactive TV, gaming and internet related businesses.
Skip Coomber (General Counsel and Board Member)
Skip Coomber, CEO of HEROware, is a lifetime entrepreneur with a legal and investment background. Skip was the founding partner of a law firm, which had offices in San Diego and downtown Los Angeles, California. Subsequently, for over a decade, Skip was the CEO of a corporation that managed the investments, finances and business affairs of one wealthy family. In addition, Skip is co-founder and President of 1800Medicine, Inc., a start-up company which is a provider of medical services and products to the Medicare population, and of which he is still a shareholder and board member. Currently, Skip is the Chairman of HEROware, Inc., a technology company that provides protection to companies (Small Business to Medium Enterprise level) from the failure of their Microsoft servers.
